You may request to join our database via Mailchimp (publicity and marketing platform). Any details collected from Mailchimp are added to our password protected excel database.

We may use Mailchimp (publicity and marketing platform) for large mailouts on occasions.

When contacting us via email or social media, we may retain records of that communication.

What information we hold

When you contact us by email, we collect your name, email address, and also the phone number and the organisation you work for if you’ve given us that.


If you sign up to our database, we collect your email address, contact name, name of your organisation, phone number (if you give us that) and the area of interest you have in our business so we can tailor our communications with you.

Where we store your information

The computers we use are all encrypted and protected by a passcode.  These computers ask for authentication whenever they’re started. Our mobile devices are also password protected.

When you request to join our database via email, we store your information in a password protected excel database.

When you request to join our database via Mailchimp, we transfer your information to be stored in a password protected excel database, as well as on Mailchimp. We use a password protected excel database to store your information as this allows us to tailor the communications we send to you, so you get information relevant to your interests.


We may use publicity and marketing platform Mailchimp for large mailouts.
